Must-Have
1. A minimum of 4 years of work experience in the financial industry.
2. Good understanding and experience on both insurance and IT
3. Experience in the General Insurance related development
4. Good communication skills – written, verbal and listening in both English and Korean.
5. Required technical skill set – Java, JSP, Spring based framework, X-platform, Ubi Report , SQL(Oracle or Sybase)
Good-to-Have
1. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to solve the issues.
2. Supportive manner and a good team player
[Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role]
1. Be responsible for the IT system development in the Short term product policy admin functions and external interface.
2. Develop a system design and maintain the IT application systems as a system analyst.
3. Analyze the business user’s requirements and design the technical solutions.
4. Develop the application systems on basis of user requirement analysis.
5. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes.
6. Troubleshoot the application issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet user’s requirement.
7. Support new interface launch related external supervising agency and co-work with other IT department.
8. Highlight and follow-up on outstanding issues with the relevant parties to ensure promote resolution
