Clinical Data Manager / Lead Data Manager
[Responsibilities and Duties]
1. Act as a management level liaison between the sponsors and the delivery team
2. Responsible for resource planning, project management & forecasting
3. Serve as MNC Lead for critical issues, quality trends, policy or procedure interpretation
4. Maintains full understanding of protocol including study documentation.
5. Responsible for attaining all requirements from the client for quality deliverable
6. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the TA Lead and Janssen Team.
7. Provide technical expertise to Clinical Data Management team.
8. Review and provide feedback on study specification documents like eCRF, DVR, CCG, DMP, Protocol Deviation etc.
9. Identify any issues with study set-up, validation process and provide feedback to Data Management team
10. Monitor and support SAE and External data reconciliation
11. Perform sample size Quality Check on study deliverables
12. Attending relevant study teleconference with Janssen and MNC data management team.
13. Escalate early warning, risks, issues concerns to appropriate stakeholders
14. Represent MNC views and provide timely feedback on role-related topics
15. Identify / drive areas for process improvement for the client partnership, (quality, efficiency, compliance)
16. Ensure Project Plan, Metrics are upgraded and send to client by respective Team Leads in timely manner
17. Organize Knowledge sharing sessions and Feedback sessions for team in coordination with CDM Team Leads, Lead Data Managers and Janssen Data Management team
18. Work with customer Team Leads and / or Process Owners to ensure processes at MNC are in compliance with all agreements
19. Share best practice across the partnership
20. Ensure audit preparedness in MNC team
[Qualifications and Experience]
1. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and 6-8 years of clinical data management experience
2. 3-4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
3. Experience in data management in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech arena
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as required.
5. Effective verbal and writing skills; English + local (Korean) language.
