[Responsibilities]
- Qualify new potential target customers for sales employees (tele-marketing);
- Source rates for quotations based on the instructions given by sales;
- Preparation of quotations based on the instructions given by the sales and timely submission to customers;
- Support sales and overseas offices with qualified sales leads;
- Follow up with the customers to secure the business;
- Prepare Job Instruction Form/ Customer SOP and handover to operations;
- Assist Sales or coordinate with Operation staff to upgrade customers’ reports if required;
- Add new contacts into CRM system if required;
- Provide the pricing/ procurement team with a detailed feedback from clients;
- Ad hoc task assigned.

- Self-motivated;
- Computer literate;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines;
- Good team player;
- Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.

- Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain Management / Logistics or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, freight forwarding business or related fields.
