[Job Responsibilit]
1. Develop overall operational strategy and direction for the freight forwarding teams.
2. Coordinate with relevant governmental agencies to ensure operations comply as to current rules and regulations.
3. Lead and motivate the team, drive quality and performance.
4. Manage the daily forwarding activities of a growing airfreight and seafreight business.
5. Effectively develop new routes and services.
6. Acquire new and develop existing customers.
7. Set and achieve sales and operations and profitability goals.
8. Train new employees as required.
9. Take ownership of any issues and initiate solutions.

1. Have a strong Freight Forwarding background in operations, business development and sales.
2. Be results driven and is persistent in meeting day to day challenges and goals.
3. Have the ability to multi-task in an intense, fast-paced, high-energy, environment.
4. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
5. Demonstrate confidence as a performer and lead by example.
6. Be proficient in MS Office.
