● Reports to YE NVM Module Manager
● At least 8 - 10 years working experience in foundry environment, preferably in relevant NVM experience.
•To improve product quality, product yield, PCM test yield and mass production stabilization
•Competitive device physics knowledge.
•Mass production experiences of embedded Flash/EEPROM products.
•Knowledge of the single poly FG type of EPROM & EEPROM and SONOS process / devices.
•Good understanding about the automotive grade reliability test of NVM IPs.

[Job Summary]
MNC is looking for a NVM(Non Volatile Memory) PI/YE expert to join ourYE-NVM team, based in Kuching, Malaysia, but may work as part of an international NVM team member. The candidate should have diverse experiences atNVM areasto improve product quality, product yield, PCM test yield and mass production stabilization.
[Major Responsibilities]
• Lead yield enhancement activities in term of NVM products.
• Follow up FA job actively in case of returned failure parts.
• Optimise a NVM process/PCM structure/PCM test condition.
• Make effective DOE plan and analyse experiment result clearly.
• Support Inline/PCM CpK improvement activities to meet high CpK.
• Make a good role as interface between YE and R&D NVM teams.
• Liaise with customers to support production ramp and technical issues.
[Requirements]
•PHD / Master/ Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering
(Material, Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronics).
•Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in NVM experience.
