Regional Sales Manager, South Korea
[REPORTING TO]
Area Manager, (Hong Kong Base)
[JOB PURPOSES]
Lead, direct and manage all sales functions in South Korea in tandem with company’s strategic business development plan and sales objectives for polyamide insulation strip in the area.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Lead and facilitate local market sales; expand market share and penetration, and attain target achievement for the polyamide insulation stripe in South Korea;
- Establish a strong presence in South Korea and product differentiation from competitors
- Assist the Area Manager to formulate marketing strategies, sales policies and oversee the execution;
- Constantly review current sales strategy & planning and recommend refinement and remedial measures when need be;
- Full P/L responsibility by meeting company’s annual financial targets;
- Co-operate with related departments to provide high standards of customer support and professional service processes to maintain customer satisfaction levels;
[REQUIREMENT]
- High Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in relative discipline;
- 3-5 years experience in Korean building materials market, solid network with aluminum extruder and window system company are preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, able to handle overseas customer;
- Native Korean speaking, fluency in reading and writing English is must; Mandarin speaking is preferred.
- Frequency travelling is necessary;
- Willing to work under pressure;
