• Excellent business analysis skills (including requirements engineering, process modelling, data modelling) with practical application in an IT environment
• Knowledge and experience in courier/parcel domain.
• Korean and English Language/ Korean-English-chinese
- Good-to-Have
• VB6, .NET technologies
[Key Expectations from the Role]
1. To document business requirements/map functionalities of existing application with business logics, dependencies, interfaces, improvement area, enabling quality delivery & testing of these requirements.
2. Ensure that the requirements acceptance criteria, integrity and traceability is maintained throughout the project lifecycle working alongside both internal and external stake holders
3. Ensure all documented requirements are done in a clear and concise fashion, suitable for handover to the solution teams
4. Prepare test cases, test data in agreement with business
5. Ensure the quality & timeliness of the analysis, document acceptance criteria produced, whilst supporting risk and issue management
6. Bring flexibility and a positive attitude towards delivery of services in a fast-paced environment with inherent risks and a number of stakeholders with differing views of success.
7. Coordinate with multi locations teams and assist project status reports
