Head of Sales Japan and Korea
Markets : Filtration
Scope of Position:
Responsible for the development and implementation of both the Sales Team and the initiatives that drive MNC’s position and products into key market segments with existing or prospective customers. This includes sustaining and growing MNC’s market share in current markets, as well as leading the efforts for successful new market / product entry. This will be accomplished by strengthening the Sales force and train and enforce Best Practice actions, strong interaction with the daily business, cooperation with the Business Groups -locally and globally-, market research, while supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects, and providing technical support to the sales organization.
[Essentials]
- Proven experience to run a sales organization
- Preferably to come out of Samsung mobile phone business
- Strong communication skill and solid command of English language
[Key responsibilities of the position]
- Profitable sales growth of our core products.
- Development/coaching of professional sales skills. Developing a better selling organization to help us meet our business objecitves.
- Coordinate and professionally manage focused Sales initiatives in our core markets
- Give direction, manage and enlarge the sales team
- Professionally managing all administrative activities as leader of the Sales Organization.

- Take responsibility and grow the project pipeline value
- Facilitate Spec-In process with the OEMs
- Drive sales and sales projects with team members
- Provide monthly upgrade to all related parties
- Establish monthly activity plans with the team and execute
