[Responsibilities]
1. R&D, verification and standardization of the testing/characterization methods of various cell materials
2. Optimization of the existing characterization methods for various cell materials
3. Analysis and improvement of testing errors for various cell materials
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: doctor's degree or above
2. Over 10 years' experience in the R&D and improvement of testing characterization methods for Li-ion battery materials
3. Skill requirements:
A. Have mastered comprehensive Li-ion battery material characterization means and be able to lead the industry's direction
B. Be able to develop characterization methods creatively according to demands and perform error analysis and optimization
C. Experts with work experience with large battery factories and research institutes are preferred.
