[Responsibilities]
1. In charge of the establishment of module and PACK product quality management system (quanlity control procedure and method, etc)
2. Formulate quality control plan according to development target (incoming inspection and in-process inspection etc.)
3. Cooperating with automated production line and product technical department to formulate advanced quality support program, and build a response team for dealing with abnormalities
4. Take the lead to analyse module and PACK quality problems, and solve problems
5. Improve technical staff's professional skills
6. In charge of assisting and establishing recovery and disposal plan for new energy products
[Qualifications]
1.Education background: bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 10 years working experience in lithium battery technology, strong organizition and coordination abilities, more than 35 years
3.Be capable of coordinating and managing synergic relationship between module process design and other design modules, and settling on-site and test emergencies independentely.
4. Be proficient in using CAD command, and be skilled at drawing small tool 2D diagram, and be proficient in using CATIAV5（or UG）
5. Be familiar with failure mode and failure mechanism in product design and fabriacation,and be capable of proposing corresponding prevention program
