[Responsibilities]
1. Develop cell manufacturing equipment which is competitive in the world
2. Develop highly effective battery manufacturing equipment and realize mass production, and reduce production costs
3. Determine the processing equipment's functions at the early stage for prismatic battery, soft-pack battery, cylindrical battery winding and assembly stage, set up detailed equipment development plan
4. Develop battery assembly equipment in cooperation with equipment manufacturers according to new technical demands
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: master's degree or above
2. 10 years' work experience in the development of automotive power battery assembly-stage equipment; have acquired the most advanced assembly-stage equipment technology in the industry
3. Skill requirements:
Have in-depth understanding of battery assembly-stage equipment technology, be familiar with equipment functions, be able to complete equipment technology development independently, be able to lead the industry's direction
Be able to develop new model equipment according to research demands to meet the constantly changing product requirements
Possess technical reform experience in Li-ion battery assembly equipment, be able to reform Li-ion battery assembly-stage equipment, and make the equipment efficiency and quality reach a higher standard
