[Responsibilities]
1. Have made in-depth study in the control standards for various materials in automotive battery module and pack; establish quality management standard, control the quality of various materials effectively, ensure module and pack quality
2. Establish quality control standards for module and pack production processes and promote the implementation
3. Establish effective module and pack quality assessment systems to guarantee module and pack production quality
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: master's degree or above
2. 10 years' work experience in quality management at Li-ion battery module and pack production stage; have acquired the most advanced cell quality control technology in the industry
3. Skill requirements:
Have in-depth understanding of the quality control points which affect battery quality at module and pack procedures, have acquired the core assessment techniques in module and pack quality control, be able to analyze the key factors that affect module and pack quality by way of tests and experiments
Improve the module and pack quality in production process constantly by way of process quality control, so as to improve product quality
Experience in module and pack quality management of Li-ion battery auto production line is preferred
