• Develop Korea Process, Heavy, Petrol Chemical, Refinery, Ship/Marine Industry
• Plan, organize, direct and run Korea sales activities
• Responsible for meeting Sales and targets
• Manage Korea distributors
• Develop, own and execute strategies for various segment/Industry currently severed as well as segments currently not served in terms of Penetration, Share (market share) and Adoption
• Co-work with MNC Sales and technical team to leverage subsidiary product lines when appropriate
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecast with sales and management team
• Gather marketing info and competitive intelligence
• Establish and run MNC Korea Brach Office

• Speaks fluent English, good communication abilities
• Speak and read Korean
• 5 years' sales experience in the field of Instrument valve and fittings
• Experience in selling valve and fittings in Korea market
• Experience in selling valve and fittings in Korea Process, Heavy, Petrol Chemical, Refinery, Ship/Marine segment
• Proven track record of successful sales campaigns
• Getting things done attitude - Solution provider, not a problem repeater
• Good negotiation and people skill
• Ability to close deals
• High level of personal reliability
• Ambitious and ability to work under pressure
• Strong discipline in work ethics
• Self-motivating and ability to work independently in the field
