Dept: Process Characterization Unit, Technology Department
[JOB SUMMARY]
• Specifications of MNC mixed signal processes and their primitive devices, development of specifications methodology.
• Project management for processes spec, and design rule of new process.
• Project management for characterization campaign support

• Position based in Kuching, Malaysia
• Reports to Senior Module Manager
• At least 8 - 10 years’ work experience in foundry environment, especially in semiconductor devices.
• Compulsory knowledge:
• Good understanding of Semiconductor device physics.
• Understanding methodologies for device characterization and measurements.
• Knowledge or experience to function, fabrication and characterization of semiconductor devices desirable.
• Understanding of device characteristics and their impact on product performance are advantages.
[MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES]
• Author of Design Rule and Process Specification to support process development.
• Support sigma and statistics in term of process parameters.
• Interface between PD and YE groups to ensure device and parameters match and correlated between PCM and specifications.
• Support business objectives by providing complete specification information to PDK teams.
• Investigation and debug of process issues through electrical measurement.
[AUTHORITY LEVEL]
1. Project partner technology team.
2. Representative of process characterization team and project team.
3. Management of sub-projects, working in interdisciplinary and international teams.
[POSITION REQUIREMENTS]
1. Qualification: PHd/Master/Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering (Material, Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronic).
2. Experience: At least 8 - 10 years of work experience in foundry environment especially in semiconductor devices.
