Job Summary:

The Position is responsible for the overall management and administration of the Company with an aim to ensure all activities relating to sourcing, sales and operations are running effectively and efficiently; reporting the activities to the Head Office and other offices accurately and timely; coaching and training to the employees.

Major Job Duties:

1.To manage the activities of the Office in an effective and efficient manner.
2.To maintain cordial relationship with existing customers and explore new sourcing and sales opportunities.
3.To be responsible for the sourcing and sales of manganese ores and alloys in the Korean market.
4.To ensure proper control of the stock and delivery.
5.To ensure compliance with the relevant statutory laws and regulations.
6.To maintain proper records of accounts and activities.
7.To manage cash flow, account receivables and other receivables and take necessary measures and actions to ensure that account receivables are settled timely.
8.To follow the financial reporting requirements set by the Hong Kong Head Office time by time including submission of monthly management accounts and Audit Report to the Hong Kong Head Office accurately and timely – in any case, within dead-line set by Head Office.
9.To control and monitor tax related matters of the Company; communicate with relevant parties and take appropriate action for the interest of the Company.
10.To submit needed information or document related to the Company and to clarify any query raised and requested by the Hong Kong Head Office accurately and timely.
11.To ensure that reports relating to the Company¡¯s sales and operations, including management accounting reports, are provided to the Head Office and other offices accurately and timely.
12.To collect market information (including legal, social and customer, etc) and report to the Head Office timely with suggested countermeasures / recommendations.
13.To prepare expense budget for the Company.
14.To work closely with and extend support to other members of the Group in executing the project plans.
15.To coordinate, negotiate with relevant parties, managing and resolving conflicting situations, whether within the Group of Companies of the Employer or outside (e.g. government authorities, political groups, consultants, vendors, etc) for the purpose of ensuring that the scheduled progress / deadlines are met.
16.To provide support for the Corporate Planning activities.
17.To communicate regularly and ensure every employee understands the Company objectives properly.
18.To conduct performance review of the employees and provide constructive feedback to the employees for continual improvement.
19.To provide on-the-job training to the office employees and identify their training and development needs.
20.To establish and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders, including potential ones, resolving conflicting situation.
21.To maintain the work culture of the Group in the Office.
22.Any other reasonable duties / assignments as the Management may from time-to-time assign to you.

1.Proper control and management of cash flow, account receivables and progress schedule of the projects.
2.Compliance with the relevant requirements.
3.Collecting market information for pro-active measures.
4.Maintain high team spirits.
5.Reporting to the Board and its delegates in a timely manner.
6.Identify and propose new opportunities.
7.Establish and maintain cordial relationships with external parties, including customers, government officials, political parties and vendors, etc.

Working Conditions::

1.The position is based in Korea. However, the Employee is required to travel on a needed basis to discharge the Employee¡¯s responsibilities.
