4. Responsibility·
- Lead a diverse shipping/logistics team to achieve the Group’s objectives.
- Continuously improve existing infrastructure and supply chain management to support corporate distribution strategies and business needs.
- Strategic positioning of the Company to offer competitive shipping and freight management services·
- Build and maintain critical business partnerships both externally and internally with key stakeholders, suppliers and logistic partners.
- Identify new business and growth opportunities to help grow and expand current company operations.
- Establish long term operations direction/objectives and specify the strategies and action to achieve them
- Implement best practices to improve Shipping/Shipping/Logistic operations’ value chain in line with the Group’s strategies.
- Participate in the Shipping/Logistic budget/forecast of the BGs
- Provide advice and consultative service to BGs decision makers on issues that have Shipping/Logistic impact.
- Design/roll out Shipping/Logistic programs/initiatives that meet business needs.

Provide shipping services for our own business operations + may want provide the shipping service to other operations later.
6. Requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree with proven performance track record in a highly diverse cross functional background
- At least 10 years’ experience in drybulk shipping/tankers/container freight and logistics management
- Has good business/financial acumen with strong strategic abilities, leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of shipping and logistics business and wide network of contacts
- Results-oriented and performance driven
- Has P&L and operations responsibility
