[Specific Work Details]
Senior Financial Analyst supports top management in regional office as well as 13 countries in SE Asia.
Using advanced analytical & reporting skills and company's existing system, the Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for assisting top management's decision making by creating and maintaining various regular & adhoc insight analysis during the course of the year.
- Reviews Sales / Profit and Loss & electronics market by product and by countries. (by product/by subsidiary/by customer)
- Responsible for management reporting (including preparation of presentation materials) and analysis of operating results
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for each division
* Generate ad hoc and standardized reports to assist and evaluate business decisions.
- Process projects and evaluates performance using set of KPIs and results against plans.
- Responsible for managing MBO goals and report performance results to senior level management.
(including target setting and results tracking)
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with HQ, and management of HQ directed projects
- Perform other adhoc support projects where finance / accounting aspects are needed
[Requirements]
- Must be bilingual (Korean/English fluency) to communicate with subsidiaries and HQ
- Cost accounting or business analysis related field working experience of 6+ years
* Experience in developing financial and operational analysis and presentation to management
* Ability to gather and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources, prepare both quantitative and qualitative analysis of information
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel / Word / PPT (* Excel is a must)
- In-depth knowledge and expertise with financial systems (for example SAP experience and database management such as data warehouse)
- Demonstrated ability to identifying areas of process improvement and managing improvement projects until completion
- Able to work under pressure and willing to innovate constantly
- Ability to make decisions and problem solving on time sensitive matters
