Work closely with Area Sales Manager to provide product/solutions that fully meet customer specifications.
[Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned]
· Handle sales of company’s range of industrial products.
· Attend to sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation to closing of sales, conduct cold calls, follow-up on customer order and delivery.
· Establish rapport and build long-term relationship with customers.
· Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote sales of industrial products.
· Increase customer base by developing distribution partners and customers.
· Assist in ad-hoc tasks which might be assigned from time to time.
This position reports to the General Manager
Engineered Joining Technology (EJT)
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
[Education and/or Experience]
· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and environment.
· Experience in handling Automotive industry.
· Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and to close deals.
[Other Skills and Abilities]
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing
· Strong written and spoken English is a must.
· Local national or permanent resident speaking and writing the local language.
· Ability to develop an internal, informal network.
· Proficient in the use of standard software packages.
· Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
· Possess own vehicle is a must.

Annual Base Salary: Up to KRW 43,200,000 per year (payable on 12 months’ basis)
Variable Bonus: 10% of annual base salary
