Design and develop new functionality enhancements for digital web sites
Analysis and Design of Web Application(&Mobile), Interfaces & Integrations
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and enhance existing software systems to solve business problems
Analyze complex systems and programming problems and recommend and implement solutions
Investigate, determine, and recommend technical solutions to align with business requirements.
Perform quality assurance tests and ascertain the cause of the problem when performance is not meeting standards
Execute solutions
Troubleshoot and improve upon website functionality
[Professional Skills and Experience]
5-10 years of related experience in web software development.
Proven hands-on Software Development experience
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Experience in the Spring Framework
Knowledge of web services REST / SOAP (JSON, XML)
Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies Agile, Iterative, Waterfall
Strong knowledge of web programming languages: Java, Java스크립, HTML, HTML 5, CSS3, JQuery, XML, Ajax Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, bug fixes and site improvements
Works well in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Must be able to work with a variety of users and cross-functional teams within our organization
Advanced working knowledge of business and insurance principles and practices - a plus
