1. Role: Service delivery manager Azure infrastructure services
2. Required Technical Skill Set
•Customer interaction & Team leadership
•Good understanding of Azure IaaS offering
•Azure administration of compute, storage, monitoring & backup is must
•Experience in RHEL/SUSE Linux administration
3. Desired Experience Range: 6 to 8 years
4. Location of Requirement :Daejeon, Korea
[Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)]
1. Must-Have Skill
•Team leadership with customer facing role experience
•Good understanding of Azure IaaS services (Compute, Storage, Backup & Networking)
•Experience in administration of Azure VM, Bare metal servers, Express route, snap shot, Blob storage, Availability zones is a must
•Understanding of Azure monitor and log analytics
•Understanding of Azure automation
•Experience on managing SUSE Linux based SAP environment is prefered
•Ability to troubleshoot Azure Virtaul and Physical Server issues and determine root cause
•Have to have good troubleshooting skills on RHEL cluster environment
•Knowledge of SUSE/RHEL linux installation , Disk partitioning, file systems, boot loader configurations
•Process and service management (stop , start, status check)
•Disk management & file system creation, configuration and troucbleshooting
•Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.
•Good written and verbal communication skills (Korean/ English)
•Familiarity with Shell screenplaing
•Awareness about OS hardening/patching
2. Good-to-Have
•Experience in virtualization is prefered
•Understanding of Storage and Networking basics
•Certifications
•Excellent communication skills
•ITIL process knowledge would be preffered
•Other Linux OS knowledge

1. Business as usual operational support for RHEL Server environment
2. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of OS and Server Hardware
3. Support and Management Cluster
4. Work on ticketing and tasks and Change Requests
5. Preparation of POA, Impact Analsysis and PIR for schedule changes.
6. Vendor coordination for hardware issue resolution
7. Coordination with other teams such as storage , network & application admins
