[Position Title]
Sales Support(Korea)
This is a full-time position and the business wishes to have someone from automotive service industry.
[Position Requirements]
• Board experience in the automotive service industry, preferable combined with parts, dealership , body and paint repair space.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to capture and document reporting documents from multiple sources.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
[Target annual compensation] KRW 60,000,000 + 17% of target bonus
[Job Responsibility]
• Work with senior account managers to achieve assigned sales targets with a focus in automotive service industry.
• Work with Product Management to analyze, prepare and launch new products in Korea.
• Follow up with the customers on system usage status and maintain the relationship with the existing customers and increase sales.
• Work with senior account manager to set up the business planning and execution cycle to ensure full potential can be realized from the country to meet company’s aggressive growth plan. Assist with various reporting and preparing sales presentations.
• Develop and provide sales MIS and analysis on a regular basis to support senior account managers as well as the Managing Director. Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales analysis and report to management.
• Respond to the customer request and ensure that proper actions are sent in a timely manner.
[Experiences & Education]
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive service industry
• Experiences in automotive repair sector, especially in Body & Paint repair sector is a plus
[Requirement]
• Excellent communication skill in both Korean and English. No need to be fluent in English but good command of English is required for communication with regional and corporate colleagues (emails and conference calls, etc.)
• Must have an outgoing and positive personality
• Must work well with people and work well in a team
• Patient, dedicated and goal-oriented
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Ability to work in a pressured and fast moving environment
• Outstanding presentation skill
• Skillful with Computer, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Driver license with own car
